The entrance location is frustrating, especially with parking being a hassle!!! Low water pressure in the shower made for a disappointing experience!!! Courteous staff should improve the check-in process with clearer communication about extra charges!!!

i had a wonderful 3-night stay at novotel. the superior king room was spacious with a comfy bed and a lovely view. the hotel's location is perfect, just a short walk from the vibrant city life. the access to the fitness center was a bonus, making my stay even better.

Came for the comfy beds and fantastic location. The staff was always smiling, and I loved how close the hotel was to the city center.

Encountered a little confusion with the breakfast service. The dining room felt a bit hectic, and the food ran out too quickly.

The room had a fantastic elevated city view, and the eco-friendly amenities were a nice touch. The cleaning was thorough!

Oh man, the fried fish at Caucus Restaurant & Bar was an absolute gem! Plus, the spot is super close to other tasty joints like Frank's and Verve Cafe—perfect for a culinary explorer like me. The overall vibe at Novotel was stunning, clean, and right in the thick of things! Couldn't get enough of the luxury in my room on top of that.
